Why this exists

The gift card market is fragmented. A single Visa gift card might be issued by GiftCardMall, Blackhawk, Bancorp, or one of several other issuers — each with its own balance-check portal. Retail gift cards (Amazon, Target, Best Buy, and so on) each have their own separate flow. It’s common to hold a card and have no idea where to enter the code.

At the same time, search results for phrases like “check gift card balance” are contaminated by copycat sites that pretend to check balances but actually ask you to type your card number, expiration date, and CVV into their own form. Those sites are almost always phishing.

OnlineGiftsCard solves that by refusing to have a card entry form at all. We are a directory of official URLs. Nothing more, nothing less.

What we do

• Curate a list of gift card brands and the official URL where balances can be checked.
• Cross-check each URL against the brand’s own website or against the URL printed on the card.
• Publish clear outbound links (the destination URL is visible on the button before you click).
• Re-check listed URLs periodically and remove entries that stop working.

What we don’t do

• We do not ask for your card number, PIN, expiration date, or CVV.
• We do not operate a payment processor, an issuer, or any part of the redemption flow.
• We do not resell gift cards or offer “discounted” cards.
• We do not claim to be affiliated with any brand. We’re an independent directory.

How we’re funded

This template site does not currently run ads or use affiliate links. If a future version does, this page will disclose it and label affiliate outbound links clearly (typically with rel="sponsored") so users always know what they’re clicking.
