These Terms govern your use of OnlineGiftsCard (“the Site”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please stop using the Site.

1. What the Site is

OnlineGiftsCard is a directory of official balance-check pages operated by third-party gift card brands and issuers. We do not process transactions, redeem cards, issue cards, or provide any financial service ourselves.

2. No card data on this site

The Site contains no form asking for a card number, expiration date, PIN, or CVV. All actual balance checking happens on the third-party site you reach by clicking an outbound link. Never enter card information on OnlineGiftsCard — if any page ever appears to ask for it, you are not on OnlineGiftsCard and should leave immediately.

3. Third-party destinations

We try to link only to the URLs that brands themselves publish for balance checking. However:

• Third-party sites can move, change, or discontinue their balance-check flow at any time.
• The security, availability, and content of third-party sites are their responsibility, not ours.
• If you reach a page that asks you for anything unexpected, close the tab and verify the URL against the one printed on your physical card.

4. Trademarks and brand names

Brand names, logos, and product marks referenced on the Site are trademarks of their respective owners. Reference to a brand is descriptive only and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with OnlineGiftsCard. If you are a rights holder and would like an entry removed or adjusted, please contact us at [email protected].

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to compromise the Site’s infrastructure or bypass any security control.
• Use automated systems to place undue load on the Site.
• Misrepresent the Site as being operated by or affiliated with any of the listed brands.
• Use the Site in furtherance of illegal activity.

6. No warranty

The Site is provided on an “as is” basis. We do our best to keep the directory accurate, but we make no warranty that a listed URL will always be correct, current, or safe. Use of the Site is at your own risk. Nothing here constitutes financial advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, OnlineGiftsCard is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or of any third-party destination reached from it.

8. Changes to the Site or these Terms

We may update the Site’s content and structure at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Site operator (OnlineGiftsCard) is registered.
